We are responsible for your personal information and how it is used.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, please email us at the address above.

2. The information we collect

When you submit an application on our website or book a call with us, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Company name and the main state you sell in (where provided)
  • Your answers to the application questions: the kind of business you run, how many systems you install or close a month, how many you could handle, what you spend on marketing, and how soon you want appointments
  • Any other information you choose to share with us during a call, email exchange, or follow-up conversation

If you start an application and do not finish it, we may keep the details you had already entered so that we can follow up with you.

If you book a call, we also collect the date and time of your booking.

When you visit our website we also collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies, described in section 11.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, religious, or political information) through our application form.

3. How we collect your information

  • Submit, or start, an application on our website
  • Book a call with us through the calendar on our website
  • Visit our website from one of our advertisements
  • Reply to an email or message we have sent you
  • Share information with us during a phone or video call

4. Why we use your information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Contacting you to follow up on your inquiry
  • Scheduling and conducting calls with you
  • Sending you follow-up emails, resources, and relevant information about our services
  • Keeping records of our communications
  • Improving our services and marketing
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

We use your information because you have asked us to respond to your inquiry, because it is necessary to provide the services you requested, or because doing so is in our legitimate business interest in growing our business and providing you relevant information to help you decide whether to work with us.

5. Marketing communications

By submitting an application you agree that Altitude Digital can contact you by phone, text, and email about it, including by automated means. Consent is not required to work with us. Message and data rates may apply. This contact includes:

  • An initial follow-up call or message
  • Reminders for any calls you have booked
  • Emails containing relevant resources, case studies, and information about our services
  • Periodic check-ins if we do not connect on the first attempt

We will continue to contact you for these purposes until you ask us to stop.

You can unsubscribe at any time by:

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
  • Replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any text message
  • Asking us to stop contacting you on a call
  • Emailing us at info@altitudedigital.io with the subject line "Unsubscribe"

We will honor your request promptly and within the timeframes required by law.

6. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with the service providers we use to run our business, including:

  • Our CRM and messaging platform, Go High Level: to store your application, keep records of our communications with you, schedule calls, and send follow-up emails and text messages
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): to measure and improve our advertising, we report that an application or booking took place to Meta through the Meta Pixel on our website and Meta's Conversions API. Contact details sent this way are hashed first. Meta's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
  • Microsoft Clarity: to understand how visitors use our website (see section 11)
  • Our hosting and infrastructure providers: to run the website and its application form
  • Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers, IT support): where required

Each of these providers processes information on our behalf and is bound by contractual obligations to protect your information.

We may also disclose your information where required by law, by a court order, or to protect our legal rights.

7. Data storage and transfers

We and our service providers store and process information primarily within the United States. Where a provider processes data outside the United States, they are contractually required to maintain appropriate safeguards for that information.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy:

  • Active inquiries and clients: for the duration of our relationship plus 6 years for tax and legal record-keeping
  • Leads who have not become clients: up to 24 months from the last meaningful contact, after which we will either delete your data or anonymize it
  • Unsubscribed contacts: we retain a minimal record of your unsubscribe request (your email address and the date) so that we do not contact you again. This is kept indefinitely for compliance purposes.

9. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delete your information in certain circumstances
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and of processing for targeted advertising (we do not sell your information)
  • Data portability, meaning you can ask for a copy of your information in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent
  • Appeal a decision we make about a rights request

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@altitudedigital.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also contact your state attorney general's office or the Federal Trade Commission. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please consider contacting us directly before doing so.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using secure passwords, two-factor authentication on key accounts, encrypted connections, and reputable third-party providers with strong security practices.

No system is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

11. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site, to support our advertising on Meta platforms, and to improve our services. Specifically:

  • Meta Pixel: records that you visited, applied or booked, so that we can measure our advertising and show relevant ads. Meta may set its own cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity: records how visitors move through the site, including anonymized session replays, so that we can fix what is confusing.
  • Our own storage: your browser keeps the answers you have entered so far, so that an application you leave and come back to is not lost. This stays on your device.

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

12. Children

Our services are aimed at business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent version. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or another appropriate means.
